If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Oval Sport offers you the possibility to return the collector's items, as long as:
It is a collector's item. That is, Pre-order, Custom or Team Store items are not eligible for return.
They have been purchased directly from our website oval-sport.com or from an official oval-sport point of sale.
You are within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
The items retain their original packaging and are in "as new" condition, i.e. unwashed, unused and still have their original label.
HOW TO START THE PROCESS?
If you have purchased from oval-sport.com, please follow these steps:
- Please make sure that the product is well packed in its original bag and protected with an opaque bag or box to avoid damage in transit.
- Log in to your customer account.
- Find the order you would like to return.
- Select "Request a return".
- Indicate the reason for the return.
- Confirm the return.
- You will shortly receive an email with the return label and instructions.

IS THERE A DELIVERY CHARGE?
No. Oval-sport will bear the shipping costs in case of worldwide returns, provided that the pick-up is scheduled by Oval-sport and in no case if the customer has chosen a different shipping method.
- In the case of partial return of items that do not meet the minimum amount for an order with free shipping, Gobik will refund the amount of the returned items, but subtracting the amount of the costs of the first shipment.
- Any transport operator other than those offered by Gobik will be the responsibility of the customer. Gobik cannot be held responsible for loss or damage caused by independent carriers.
- The legitimate basis for processing your data for marketing purposes is your consent.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY MONEY?
Once the return process is initiated and the product arrives at our facilities, the items will be checked. After checking that they are in perfect condition and have not suffered any damage, we will proceed to refund the corresponding economic amount within 7 working days.
The refund will be made by the same method as the payment was made.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Yes, you can request the cancellation of your order as long as it has not been processed. In other words, even if payment has been made, the order has not left our premises.
